Full Wedding Planning

This service includes support on everything needed to plan your dream day:
 
  • Unlimited communication and Zoom calls
  • Venue search and quote sourcing with optional attendance to venue visits
  • Supplier sourcing, quoting and liaising
  • Contract review and negotiations 
  • Budget management 
  • On site meeting at the venue to plan logistics
  • Creation of the wedding day timeline and event plan

Wedding Day Coordination

This service enables a stress free wedding day with our coordinator on hand to take care of any hiccups:

 

  • An initial consultation 6 weeks prior to your wedding 
  • Creation of the wedding day event plan
  • Optional venue visit to perform a walk through
  • Check in phone call with all suppliers 
  • On the day co-ordination from the first supplier arrival until shortly after the first dance – when you are happily partying away
  • Resolution and management of any judgement calls on your wedding day

Partial Wedding Planning

This service is for couples who may have begun their planning and realised they don’t have the time, or just decided they want some extra help:

 

  • Initial consultation to decipher how far through the planning process you are
  • Unlimited communication and Zoom calls
  • Can include supplier sourcing and contract review and negotiation if not completed
  • Creation of your wedding day timeline and event plan

This service is perfect for couples who are planning their wedding and just need a little support. We can tailor this around any topics you have questions on, some examples are listed below:

  • 20% Discount on any further meetings booked

  • Timelines and logistics for your wedding day

Destination Wedding Service

This service offers specialist planning for weddings taking place outside of the UK. We have experience in delivering both European and African Destination weddings, although we are always up for somewhere new!
 
  • Everything included in Full Wedding Planning 
  • Our attendance in your chosen destination for both the wedding day and the required days prior

All travel to weddings/venue visits/supplier meetings from our base in Derbyshire may be subject to travel expenses and travel over 2 hours from our base may incur accommodation expenses.

Additonal charges for DIY home/marquee weddings may apply due to the extra planning required.
