We have a range of services to cater for all budgets and we have covered everything from low-budget back garden weddings to unlimited-budget matrimonies. As an added extra, IDo HQ offers Wedding Planning clients 10% off Wedding Decor and vice versa.

We help broaden your options, actively negotiating to get you the best value for money, while offering you the support you need. We work hard to understand your vision and communicate this to wider suppliers, ensuring they are all working cohesively to secure your dream.
Our experience ensures minor details are not overlooked and we have an answer for the ‘what if’s’ before the questions are even asked. We are experts at what we do, allowing you to enjoy a stress free lead up to your big day, knowing that your dreams are in hand.
Absolutely! Wedding planning and coordination are not to be confused: wedding planning takes care of you, up until your wedding day, ensuring everything is in hand; wedding coordination takes care of your timeline for the day and makes sure the actual day runs smoothly by dealing with any hiccups.
No matter how well planned your wedding day is, there are always uncontrollable factors that can arise, such as the weather, traffic issues or photographers needing a helping hand getting group photos organised. If we have expertly planned your wedding, you will have had a stress free, enjoyable lead up to the day. By having a wedding day coordinator you ensure all your planning is fully implemented, hiccups are ironed out and your dreams come true.
We always begin with a free of charge initial consultation. This allows us to find out exactly what you require and for you to know which of our services would suit you best. It gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and get to know us before committing to our service.
Next, we send you our simple contract to review and agree, following which we start to make your dreams come true.
We work hard to match you with venues and suppliers we think will suit you best and send them over for your review. Remember the final decisions are always yours. We can organise phone calls or Zoom meetings as you require, until you are happy with the suppliers selected. We then negotiate for you and review contracts prior to you signing. Once the venue and main suppliers are sorted, we begin to look at the finer details and organise them, keeping you updated at each stage and allowing you a stress-free journey.

We also have experience in different cultural weddings. We have been lucky enough to plan traditional religious and non-religious weddings, African trad and white weddings, Arab/Muslim weddings and civil partnerships.

Certainly! IDo HQ was created to help brides and grooms enjoy every moment of their journey. However, we are also passionate and highly experienced in wider celebrations. We have been very successful in planning for an array of events including anniversaries, birthdays, graduation/prom events and ‘gender reveals’ as popularity of the celebration continues to grow. We also have knowledge in corporate events, planning and managing events with guest lists in excess of 500 people.
Our founder is very keen to ensure our processes, values and principles underpin all events.
DIY décor can initially sound like a great idea however, it requires a lot of time, money and patience. That’s why we feel it is best to leave it to the experts. You only ever plan one wedding and trust us, you learn a lot from experience. Use our experience to enhance your day.
We always begin with a free of charge initial consultation to discuss themes, colour schemes and get a general idea of your vision for the day. This allows us to gather an understanding of what products and services you require from IDo HQ – whether it be your centrepieces and floristry or hard décor like the dancefloor.
Following this meeting we will provide you with a mood board visualising the look for the day and an initial quote with an individual breakdown of the items you require. Once you are happy with this initial quote, a 25% deposit and signed contract locks your date in our calendar, but your décor is still open to change if required.
Around 6-8 months before the wedding we meet again, often at a décor visit to your venue. We walk through your décor, looking at exactly where we will place each item and how we will style each area.
Throughout this process you may decide you want to change some items, colours or details on the quote, which is absolutely fine! We understand the everchanging landscape of wedding trends and know that overtime people change their minds. We ask that all décor and details must be confirmed a minimum of 12 weeks prior to the wedding, when your final payment is due, to allow us enough time to perfect your look. At this point we are set for the big day when we will turn up at your venue and create the look of your dreams.
We don’t offer set packages; all our items are individually priced meaning we can make bespoke quotes to fit your budget. We do however have a minimum spend, spread across hard décor, soft décor and floristry, of £1000 for October – April (excluding December 23rd – January 2nd) and £1500 for May – September.
IDo HQ value our couples and where they use our wider services, we offer a respectful discount. For example, Wedding Décor clients who use our Wedding Planning would receive 10% discount off the planning service and vice versa.
Of course, venue visits can be a great way for you to get a realistic view of what your venue will look like on the big day. We can walk the route your guests will take on your wedding day, perfecting the placement of items to leave a lasting impression on the day.
While some of our décor is specific to weddings, we have also offered décor set ups for engagements, birthdays, gender reveals and baby showers, anniversaries, and corporate events. We are committed to staying at the forefront of the industry and with timeless pieces and regularly replenishing stock to keep up with the latest trends. Whatever the occasion, let us take your vision to reality.
We are committed to bringing you the most current and on-trend looks at a great price meaning most of our larger backdrops are made from artificial flowers. While we tend to work with fresh florals for bridal bouquets and centrepieces, we can always work to your preference.It is worth noting that high quality artificial flowers aren’t always a cheaper option.
